The pool area was very clean. the location was great and lovely, so close to Tower Bridge with easy access to trains and a Weatherspoons. the functional superior queen room had an outstanding view of the skyline. the extremely comfy bed, mini bar, lounge, and iron were all great amenities.

Overnight parking and large breakfast for a city hotel- omelette station. Excellent pool, decent sized rooms with a view over. Particularly good and absolutely perfect setting, walk from pubs and cafés...

The unit we got was wonderful with nice view as well as the king bed.

The food was fresh. the staff tried to help. - the great and easy location was so close to Climb. - It's right by the Tower of London, HMS Belfast, and the Monument. - the hotel is conveniently located near central London, Canary Wharf, Thames taxi boat service, Tower Bridge, and the subway station.

Clean hotel with polite and welcoming staff who explan things in friendly manner. Marvellous and brilliant location - near Ship. Great area really close to the restaurant, London, and Tower Bridge.

Windows cannot be opened

I was upgraded to a functional double room with great views of the Gherkin. Floor to ceiling windows in the room provided a fantastic view. - the hotel had a very central location, within walking distance to a church and a tower.

Only 1 english teabag vs 2 of every other sort, & he lifts were so slow/busy that we had to walk to our 5th floor room

Great room with a comfy queen bed and a nice view. Had all the basic stuff we needed. the food was super tasty, and the staff did their best to assist us. 😊

It was a brand new hotel so very clean and fresh but not all of the facillites were working ,will be a nice hotel when completed.
